All of our bikes are assembled to order here at our New Jersey facility.  Our frames are engineered in New Jersey and manufactured by our partners overseas.  

All of our bikes and frame sets are engineered and built to be ridden at the highest levels of competition or play.

The serial number is located underneath the bottom bracket of the bicycle.

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your order has been placed to let you know it has been received.

You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been shipped, along with any tracking information.

Please allow up to two weeks for your bike to ship. Shipping times vary depending on the type of product, destination and time of order. During busy periods, delivery times can increase. 

Van Dessel bikes are shipped assembled and in a fully protective box.
For Road Bikes, you need to install the front wheel and set seatpost height.
For Mountain Bikes, you will need to install the front wheel, and handlebars into the stem.
